Constellation and New Home Technologies announce Distribution Agreement for the Envision Options Management System

Constellation CRM customers gain access to Envision to improve home buyer experience and increase options sales

Markham, Ontario June 27, 2006 – Constellation HomeBuilder Systems, Inc., the leader in building industry software, and New Home Technologies, a joint venture subsidiary of Builder Homesite, Inc., today announced a reseller agreement between the two companies. Constellation will market and distribute New Home Technologies’ Envision options management system to Constellation’s homebuilder customers and provide integration and support services for the companies’ mutual customers.

Envision is a fully integrated options management solution for the entire building industry and includes specific tools for manufacturers, builders, design centers and consumers. The four Envision modules address all aspects of the options management and design process, from data management, to design education, to option selection. By leveraging the power of the industry consortium, Envision is the first truly scaleable options management system.
