Timothy Costello, named President and CEO of the new company, led the search for top executives with a wealth of high-tech and Internet expertise and experience.
The goal of this new company is to revise and fundamentally change the home purchasing process by providing consumers a one-stop-shop to include current information, innovative products and services online. Builder Homesite is geared towards allowing the consumer a comprehensive experience of research, purchase and empowerment throughout the life of the homeownership. First order of business is to institute a strong management team that will engage in building this innovative idea into fruition.
The president and CEO of Builder Homesite, Costello, possesses 20 years of experience in operations, technology and strategic planning processes in consumer-oriented and high-tech industries. Costello was most recently Vice President of Global Operations at Applied Materials. “Costello brings extensive experience in technology, business development, and operations,” said Lawrence Hirsch, Chairman and CEO of Centex Corporation, speaking on behalf of Builder Homesite’s founding homebuilders. “Tim has quickly assembled a strong management team with the breadth of skills needed to create a business that will revolutionize how consumers shop for a new home.”

Vice President and CFO, who provides the company 20 years of financial expertise in the high-tech industry. Miller comes from Pervasive, where he was Director of Planning, and before that he spent 13 years at Applied Materials in a variety of executive financial management positions.
Dr. Gary C. McMahan,
Vice President and Chief People Officer, has over 17 years of organizational experience in industry and academia. Prior to joining Builder Homesite, he held honorable positions in academe and was employed for 10 years with General Motors Corporation.
Krishna K. Murthy,
Vice President and Chief Information Officer, brings over 11 years of experience in technology management and implementation. Previously, Murthy was the Chief Technology Officer at Rx.com.
Mark Roycroft,
Vice President of Sales, most recently held the position of VP of eCommerce Sales at drkoop.com. Roycroft is a technology industry sales veteran having held vice president, director and management level positions at several industry-leading companies.
Melissa Morman,
Vice President, Builder Alliance and Customer Relationship Management rounds up the list of executives with 17 years of experience in sales, management and delivery services.
