Brookline Homes Uses Geospatial ISP to Integrate Interactive Site Plan Into Google Maps

90% of home shoppers start their home search online. Whether providing directions or assessing traffic congestion, Google Maps is one of the most used apps by consumers today. And for many home shoppers, it is where their journey to build a new home begins.

Brookline Homes, a North Carolina builder, had optimized their Google listings so that new home shoppers could easily find them. For existing and built-out communities, this worked. But for communities that were brand new or had sections where roads were not built out, a standard Google Maps listing fell short. Enter BDX’s Geospatial Interactive Site Plan.
